NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the First Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Chamber of Corporate Trustees of Ghana will be held on Thursday 20th April,
2023 at 10:00 GMT through virtual delivery for the transaction of the following business:

AGENDA:

A. ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. To receive and consider the reports of the
i. President of the Governing Council
ii. Executive Secretary
iii. Financial Reports of the Chamber for the year ended December 31, 2021.
2. To appoint or re-appoint the Auditors and
3. To authorise the Governing Council to fix the remuneration of the Auditors

B. EXTRA ORDINARY BUSINESS
To consider and approve the RESOLUTIONS to adopt:
1. The report of the Constitutional Review Committee Constitution – Chamber of Corporate
Trustees of Ghana Constitution 2023
2. Transitional provisions to aid the implementation of the new Constitution:
a. To extend the tenure of office of the current GC till the next elections in August
2023.
